At Skinny Mixes, we want you to love every sip, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on eligible items. Please note that due to the nature of our food products, items must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your unopened syrups or mixes.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the items are cushioned to prevent breakage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
